Kevin is a highly experienced executive leader with a background spanning both the private and public sectors. He joined the education sector in 2013, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise with him.

Kevin has significant expertise in the business operations of multi-academy trusts. His extensive experience includes serving as HR Director, Chief Operations Officer, and currently, Chief of People and Management Officer for Advantage Schools.

In these roles, Kevin has led many different parts of the business including the estate, facilitie, HR and IT support, demonstrating a strong track record in strategic leadership, operational efficiency, and people management. His comprehensive understanding of the intricacies involved in leading a central function in educational institutions has been instrumental in driving success.
