Our People

Mr McCourt is a seasoned Chair and CEO, with extensive experience of both executive and non-executive roles.

He is currently CEO at Academy Transformation Trust, a large multi-academy trust spanning ten local authorities.  His previous roles include a decade as Chief Executive at La Salle Education, Chairman of the Teacher Development Trust, Senior Director at Tribal Group, and Director at the National Centre for Excellence in the Teaching of Mathematics (NCETM). Prior to this, Mr McCourt was a School Leader, Inspector and Advanced Skills Teacher.
