Bodil Isaksen
Trustee
Bodil is Chief Programmes Officer for The Richmond Project, a UK numeracy charity driving improvement in number skills through partnerships, grant giving and research. Her background is in charity leadership and mathematics. This includes working as the founding Programme Director, and latterly COO, at Unlocked Graduates, an innovative scheme for top graduates to spend two years working in prisons, and as CEO at Dr Frost Maths, a global educational technology and resource platform.
Bodil started her career in mathematics teaching, later going on to be a founding teacher and Head of Maths at Michaela Community School, one of the highest performing schools in the country.
Bodil is driven by the belief that high-quality education can be transformative for children, regardless of background. Prior to becoming a trustee, Bodil served on the Advantage Schools' primary cluster board.
