Naomi is an experienced math teacher and department lead, who joined Advantage Schools in September 2019.
Prior to joining the trust Naomi taught for six years in central London where she developed a passion for becoming and supporting others to become expert teachers of maths. In particular, Naomi enjoys creating highly effective strategies for teaching difficult concepts, planning and resourcing excellent curricula and training other teachers to become skilled practitioners.
Naomi has a master’s in expert teaching, and is skilled at translating educational research into practical strategies that work in her classroom, and sharing her expertise with others.
Naomi oversees the delivery and outcomes in maths across Advantage Schools and supports the education team with training and delivery of NPQs, the ECF and other ASKE courses.
