Ms Moss is the Trust Curriculum Lead for DEMAT, a multi-academy trust in the east of England with 40 primary schools. She leads, supports and provides professional development to colleagues across the Trust to improve schools and raise pupil outcomes by: developing and embedding best practice on curriculum and assessment; creating self-sustaining professional learning communities that impact on practice and outcomes; instilling a culture of continuous professional development and impact evaluation across the Trust.

Ms Moss has taught and led at senior level across both KS1 and KS2, been a PGCE and NQT mentor and Tutor, led on data and assessment, English and mathematics. As KS3 lead, she worked closely with the leadership team at Cambourne Village College during the opening and subsequent years. She has a master’s degree with distinction in Primary Education from the University of Cambridge and is currently studying for the NPQEL with Ambition Institute.

Before re-training as a teacher, Ms Moss worked in publishing including Head of Book Publishing for the Times Supplements Ltd, where she developed the strategic direction for the Times Educational Supplements (TES). She was previously series editor for Longman and senior editor for Dorling Kindersley (DK).

Ms Moss brings to the Trust a depth of experience. She specialises in curriculum development and implementation, continual professional learning for teachers and is the English subject specialist at DEMAT.
