Sarah is an experienced school leader and primary school teacher, who prior to the principal role was deputy head at Elstow School for six years. Sarah is skilled in supporting staff to maintain high expectations in their classrooms, and has particular expertise in establishing systems to promote excellence and coaching teachers and middle leaders.
